Partnership Project Services was set up at the beginning of 2007 to provide a range of project management and consultancy services in relation to property and development projects. A significant part of our work is acting as sub-consultants to other consultants. We are based in London but are able to carry out commissions on a nationwide basis, or abroad.
We work for end user clients, developers, banks and lenders, commercial tenants, and as sub-consultant to other consultants where a specialist or short term service is required. Personnel can be embedded in the consultant or client organisation where required.
Projects do not always need senior or specialist personnel for their whole duration. This can lead to problems for both the firm and the individual for the individual because they are not fully or appropriately utilised, and for the firm because of the high carrying cost of senior personnel.
By using Partnership Project Services, clients and consultants can have the benefit of experienced personnel available when they need them, while paying only for what they use.
